Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competitor performance.</li><li>Utilize digital analytics and data to perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and refine audience targeting strategies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking.</li><li>Develop detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.</li><li>2+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>A growth mindset with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li></ul>
