 The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of residential and mixed-use development projects for the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  Project Management

 Oversee and manage all construction activities for residential and mixed-use projects from inception to completion.

 Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

 Quality Assurance

 Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

 Budget and Cost Control

 Manage project budgets.

 Qualifications and Requirements

 Education
 
 : Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 : Minimum of 08 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on residential and mixed-use projects.
 
 
 
 Skills
 
 :
 
 
 Strong leadership and team management abilities.
 
 
 Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
 
 
 Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
 
 
 In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
 
 
 Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
 
 
 Regional Experience: Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is a must.
