We are looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer with a passion for luxury design, strong technical expertise, and proven experience delivering high-end projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop architectural and interior design concepts for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material selections that align with high-end design standards.</li><li>Work closely with clients to understand requirements and present creative solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution.</li><li>Manage the full design process, from concept to site supervision, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.</li><li>Stay updated on luxury design trends, premium materials, and finishing techniques.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE building regulations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or Interior Design .</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of professional experience in Dubai with a strong portfolio of luxury projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other rendering software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and detailing.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Questions:<ul><li>APPLY YOUR CV ALONG WITH PORTFOLIO</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ARCHITECT AND 3D VISUALIZER: 3-5 years (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,500.00 per month
