Position Objective:Lead the full development cycle of high-end towers, mixed-use developments, and luxury hotels, ensuring a seamless blend of architectural innovation, financial feasibility, and market competitiveness. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing landmark projects, from conceptualization to execution, while maintaining the highest standards of design, sustainability, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic Development &amp; Planning &ndash; Define and implement innovative development strategies tailored to high-rise and luxury hospitality projects.</li><li>Project Lifecycle Management &ndash; Oversee all project phases, from feasibility studies, site selection, and design, to construction, branding, and operational handover.</li><li>Architectural Excellence &amp; Design Oversight &ndash; Ensure that all developments align with global luxury standards, integrating iconic design, sustainability, and smart technologies.</li><li>Stakeholder &amp; Regulatory Management &ndash; Engage with investors, government entities, consultants, and operators to streamline approvals and project execution.</li><li>Financial &amp; Risk Management &ndash; Optimize budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure project profitability while delivering premium quality developments.</li><li>Brand Alignment &amp; Hospitality Focus &ndash; Work closely with hotel operators and global design firms to ensure architectural integrity aligns with the brand identity and guest experience.</li><li>Innovation &amp; Market Trends &ndash; Stay ahead of emerging trends in luxury high-rises, branded residences, and five-star hotels, ensuring competitive differentiation.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development, specializing in high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, and luxury hotels.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture (master&rsquo;s in real estate development or a related field is a plus).</li><li>Strong expertise in skyscraper design, hospitality developments, and mixed-use project execution.</li><li>A proven track record in managing high-value developments ($500M+ projects) from conception to completion.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of zoning laws, sustainability certifications, and international hospitality brand standards.</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Core Skills:<ul><li>Master Planning &amp; Urban Development</li><li>Luxury Hospitality &amp; Branded Residences Development</li><li>Iconic Architectural Design &amp; Execution</li><li>Smart Technologies &amp; Sustainable Design Integration</li><li>Financial Feasibility &amp; Investment Strategy</li></ul>Expected Outcomes:<ul><li>Successful delivery of high-rise towers and world-class luxury hotels with superior architectural and operational value.</li><li>Maximized ROI by ensuring projects meet investor expectations and market demand.</li><li>Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
