 We are seeking a Technology Consultant to join Global Manufacturing Excellence Digitalization and Technology Division(D&amp;TD).
 
 
 
 
 
 Global Manufacturing Excellence is the recognized Center of Excellence driving value across Saudi Aramco&rsquo;s Downstream Global manufacturing portfolio. D&amp;TD is responsible for leading the technology function collaborating across various downstream functions and corporate as well.
 
 
 
 
 
 Your primary role is to support the development and deployment of technology management programs aimed at providing technical support across Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing portfolio. You will ideate, introduce, deploy and sustain novel and innovative technological solutions within various domains including reliability, maintenance, sustainability, energy and process.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the end-to-end implementation of Technologies across the downstream portfolio including petrochemical facilities, refineries, terminals and bulk plants as well as gas plants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop comprehensive value adding technology roadmaps aligned to business challenges such as energy optimization, sustainability, plant availability, debottlenecking and process optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accelerate technology deployment working closely with internal and external execution agencies and vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct feasibility studies including technical and economic evaluation of solutions, platforms, and new technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform technologies scouting to enable the identification of innovative and value adding technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop business case and cost/benefit analysis for technologies deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with other consultants, engineers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions that address both technical and business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the progress and benefits of technology initiatives to peers, relevant stakeholders and senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with technology providers in developing and conducting tailored training content and programs to support the implementation and adoption of technologies by end-users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recognize and introduce necessary changes to standards and governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay abreast of global and regional Oil and Gas industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact technology implementations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with corporate governance and standards, evaluate solution implementations. And identify necessary changes to standards and governance.

 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You will hold a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or related field (Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering). A Masters&rsquo; degree is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have 10-15 years of experience as a Technology Consultant ideating, scouting, introducing and tracking value added technology deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have good understanding of downstream technologies, including but not limited to refinery processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have experience in developing business case and benefit/cost analysis for downstream technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have experience in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, across the project lifecycle fostering effective communication and cooperation.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will be able to demonstrate excellent understanding of management of change, engineering and design package as well as regulatory, risk mitigation and safety requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have experience in change management, including developing and implementing technology changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will be able to demonstrate understanding of relevant industry energy, safety and design regulations and standards ensuring compliance of proposed technology solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will be able to demonstrate excellent understanding of manufacturing technology solutions enabling the key process areas including production, reliability, environmental, safety and sustainability

 We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our Industrial Certification Division. The Industrial Certification Division plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing job certification standards across Saudi Aramco. Its broader purpose centers on ensuring that industrial and administrative employees meet or exceed the required competencies for their current and target roles, as defined by the company's Job Task Standards (JTS).
 
 
 
 
 
 Your primary role is to oversee job certification process compliance, develop &amp; review of competency certification tests as per established guidelines and standards. Also, you will support test administration, conduct third-party field spot-check evaluations to validate employee proficiency and promoting job certification awareness across the company.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist line organizations in developing operator recertification tests; including databases, assessments, graphics, blueprints and test items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as an operator recertification test analyst to review or develop recertification test as per operation standards with proponent SMEs for employee&rsquo;s competency testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct pilot tests on newly published or modified recertification tests to verify accuracy of the test items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with line organizations for any queries and support them for their job certification requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct a third party JTS evaluation for plant operation employees as per guidelines and share detailed report with proponents with improvement opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify the validity and activation of area's operator recertification tests items and assessments in SuccessFactors (SFs) and QM server.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide Job certification awareness sessions to proponents and timely address any concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the recertification test administration and proctor recertification tests at different locations, as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports for Job certification competency index for proponent organizations and share improvement opportunities with line management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, track and verify test requests, test attempts, retests, candidate test eligibility, test discrepancies and test violations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete special project assignments requested by the Supervisor or respective Group Leader.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support proponent organizations in maintaining their Job certification competency index.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You will hold a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Process Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have minimum of 10 years&rsquo; experience with expertise in process operation of various plants/refineries in Oil and gas industry.
 </li>

 You will have SAP/SuccessFactors experience as end-user.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have excellent English, Job Skills, Training and Computer skills.

 We are seeking a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join Maintenance Solution Department (MSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 MSD is responsible for providing specialized and timely maintenance engineering support to Global Manufacturing operating facilities.
 
 
 
 
 
 The primary role is to provide technical expertise pertaining to the development, launching, and assessment of various maintenance programs, processes, procedures and best practices for Global Manufacturing facilities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
 
 <ul>

 Develop maintenance processes, maintenance management strategy, work and performance management strategy and conduct Maintenance health assessment in line with GME and corporate requirements. This includes PM and PdM strategies, Organization structures, manpower analysis, cost analysis, etc., and appraise and prepare reports on the effectiveness of such processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct data driven analyses to benchmark maintenance organization&rsquo;s performance to identify gaps and set sustainable plan to close the gaps. This includes, but not limited to: Spending Analysis, Maintenance Effectiveness, operating costs of existing assets, PM, and PdM, Wrench time analysis, SAP Taxonomy, Planning &amp; Scheduling, Personnel Competency, Budgeting Strategy, Bad Actors, and RAM Modeling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze facilities&rsquo; maintenance performance to establish reference baseline &amp; issue frequent maintenance benchmarking reports to promote knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review maintenance reporting mechanism and KPIs along with their trends to drive performance and provide recommendations accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze maintenance spending in terms of manpower, equipment, materials procurement and outsource strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the line maintenance organizations in the implementation of approved programs such as TPRM or GM reliability model.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop methods and programs for handling new situations in maintenance fields. This will include prototype pumps, motors, compressors, turbines, valves, instrument systems and computer systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, in conjunction with engineering personnel and vendor representatives, alternative parts or systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent AMSD on standing Committees, Special Task Groups or Ad Hoc Committees.

 Recommend work which can be economically assigned to contractor organizations and develops scope of work.
