 Purpose of the Job

 Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers
 </li>

 Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely action to the customer
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor operations team members to ensure that the full both of inbound &amp; outbound cycles are done in using safe practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage schedule and shifts of all the team members to ensure the availability of adequate staffing
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and control inbound &amp; outbound performance analysis for the warehouse staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Insure KPIs are met for both of IN and OUT shipments

 Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

 Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the organization's procurement needs.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal terms and conditions.

 Update the suppliers in relation to company Business objectives and needs.

 Coordinate with the accounting team to resolve suppliers&rsquo; Invoicing queries.

 Send the purchase order copy to the requester.

 Coordinate with the concerned team to respond to suppliers&rsquo; queries and resolve any arising issue.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during the negotiation process.

 Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

 Ensure that value for money and excellent service levels are maintained and optimized.

 Verify and forward the received Invoices to the accountant payable for settlement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure prompt supplier payment in line with the company payments policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor any price increases and communicating changes as necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take all necessary measures, when possible, to reduce cost without compromising quality and standards
 </li>
