Job Description</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Promote the Shop &amp; Ship service to attract new customers.</li>
<li>Conduct indoor sales calls for:
<ul><li><b>New customer acquisition</b></li>
<li><b>Retention of inactive customers</b></li>
</ul></li><li>Support and follow up on sales campaigns and promotional projects.</li>
<li>Follow up on the collection of pending customer payments.</li>
<li>Onboard new customers and update their information in the system.</li>
<li>Follow up with online subscribers to ensure understanding of the service.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service desk requests.</li>
<li>Manage and resolve shipment issues (e.g. held at customs, misrouted, damaged, on hold).</li>
<li>Coordinate with operations and other stations to ensure smooth delivery.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate shipment status and customer communication records.</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree Holder (Logistics/ Supply chain/ Business Administration or any relevant field).</li>

<li>Fluency in English is a MUST.</li>
<li>Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).</li>
<li>Excellent phone-handling skills.</li>

<li>Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions and manage contract renewals or amendments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and develop procurement plans that align with their requirements and budget.</li>
<li>Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Monitor and report on procurement performance and cost metrics.</li>
