Location: Cologne, Germany
Work Hours: 15-20 hours per week, 3-5 days per week 
About the Role<ul><li>
Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks with financial transactions</li><li>
Process Vendor Bills internally for approval and record in the accounting systems (Everest/Ramp)</li><li>
Process and file Vendor Bills for manual payments in support of the Finance team</li><li>
Verify, enter, and monitor various Customer Invoices and Vendor Bills</li><li>
Communicate with internal and external vendors/contractors</li><li>
Prepare and file financial documents (i.e., reconciliation, closing Journal, etc.)</li><li>
Assist with tax declaration and audits</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by the manager</li></ul>
Your Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>
3-5 years of experience in accounting and audit</li><li>
Advanced knowledge and experience in finance and accounting</li><li>
Experience in Everest or other ERP systems (not required)</li><li>
Experience in consolidating data from various entities</li><li>
College-level education in accounting or economics is a plus</li><li>
Specialized in International accounting or taxation is a plus</li><li>
Fluent verbal and written communication in German and English</li></ul>
