We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to oversee the complete procurement function, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, cost control, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.</li><li>Approve and monitor purchase orders and vendor deliveries.</li><li>Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and logistics teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance and resolve supply issues.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.</li><li>Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-saving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Experience in electronics / EV / Lithium Battery / manufacturing industry preferred.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply via Indeed or send their CV to: it@arbaccessories.inJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
