This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is committed to delivering high-quality landscaping services. The ideal candidate has several years of field experience and is confident managing a crew, operating equipment, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on a daily basis</li><li>Perform and oversee lawn maintenance, cleanups, mulching, planting, and other landscaping services</li><li>Safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment</li><li>Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client satisfaction</li><li>Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and efficiency</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and management</li><li>Adapt to changing job site conditions and weather</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must have 1-2 years of landscaping experience in the field</li><li>Proven leadership or crew management experience preferred</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>Must be able to drive and maneuver a truck with a trailer</li><li>Strong work ethic; reliable, hardworking, and committed</li><li>Responsible and punctual with excellent time management skills</li><li>Ability to work in all weather conditions</li><li>Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor labor</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>A motivated individual who takes ownership of their work</li><li>Someone dependable who shows up ready to lead and get the job done right</li><li>A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills</li><li>Willingness to grow within the company and take on increasing responsibility</li></ul>Pay: Competitive, based on experienceSchedule: Full-time, seasonal with potential for year-round workIf you&rsquo;re ready to take the next step in your landscaping career and lead a strong team, we encourage you to applyJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
