Who we are Looking For:</b></div><div>
We are seeking a dedicated <b>Print Production Operator</b> to join our Boise, ID team. As a Production team member, you will play a vital role in receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders for small format printing services, and packaging. Your expertise in operating various printing equipment and machinery will ensure that print jobs are executed with precision and meet the exact standards set by our customers. Attention to detail, adherence to instructions, and commitment to quality will be essential in this role.</div></div><div></div><div>

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM</b></p><div><div><b>
Primary Routine Tasks:</b></div><ul><li>
Downloading files, calibrating printers, file setup, digital printing, email and phone communication, binding, and packaging.</li><li>
Receive, process, and manage print service orders, bindery tasks, and packaging requirements.</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Prioritize and organize work assignments based on customer needs, workload, and equipment capabilities.</li><li>
Thoroughly review work orders to ensure accurate execution of printing procedures.</li><li>
Follow detailed written and verbal instructions provided in work orders to maintain consistency and quality.</li><li>
Process PDF files received through email, delivery, walk-ins, or other channels.</li><li>
Operate various printing equipment and machinery, including large format and small format devices such as: <b>Canon Vario Print 110 BW, C850 Image Press C10010VP, or Canon Image Press C10010VP.</b></li><li>
Employ appropriate finishing techniques for various print jobs.</li><li>
Conduct thorough inspections of finished work, checking for sharpness, line density, position, count, and size accuracy.</li><li>
Perform scanning-to-file tasks for hard copy jobs following standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments as needed to provide assistance or support.</li><li>
Prepare packages for shipment with couriers when required.</li><li>
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with internal and external customers.</li><li>
Flexibility, open to working overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.</li><li>
Fulfill additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><div><b>
Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a print environment, with familiarity in print production processes.</li><li>
Proficiency in operating copiers.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and convey job-related information clearly.</li><li>
Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 25 to 50 pounds.</li><li>
Attention to detail, precision, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment cleanliness to deliver high-quality products.</li></ul><div><div><b>
Physical Demands:</b><br>
This role requires standing for long periods and working in a noisy environment. Additionally, various physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, and bending are necessary to perform the job effectively.</div><div>

Pay Range:</b><b> </b>$8.00 to $20.00 per hour.</div><div>
