SUMMARY: The primary purpose of the Maintenance Director is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current, federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department, its programs and activities.</li>
<li>Assume the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of directing the Maintenance Department.</li>
<li>Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related department. Make written or oral reports/recommendations to the Administrator as necessary/required concerning the operation of the Maintenance Department.</li>

Experience in Long Term Care Care.

Former Maintenance Department experience.

Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Human Resources Director is to manage the full employee life cycle for the facility in accordance with current applicable, federal state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Recruit staff members; conduct background checks; maintain all files; and manage and resolves complex employee relations issues for your facility.</li><li>
Act as a strategic partner between various departments, employees and administrator to influence company culture through new hire orientation, employee engagement, and more.</li><li>
Advise department managers on proper guidelines, procedures, company policies, in accordance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.</li><li>
Assistance with Medical Record digital scanning and uploading for residents charts</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.</li><li>
Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.</li></ul>
