 Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will support our US Staff Augmentation Business, with a primary focus on serving clients located on the East Coast. As part of our growth strategy, Arcadis aims to strengthen our current presence in this region and expand operations across the United States.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be primarily responsible for recruiting engineering professional services personnel for staff augmentation assignments at client sites.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role accountabilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 The recruiter will drive full lifecycle recruiting to meet the talent needs of the business and exercise judgment for engagement, screening, placement and management of candidates at our Client sites using broadly defined practices and policies under minimal supervision. While this position will recruit for a variety of positions, there is a particular emphasis on technical recruiting for the Life Sciences industries. Examples of disciplines to be engaged will include but are not limited to: Process Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Schedulers, Project Management, CQV Engineers, I&amp;C Engineers, Automation Engineers, Project Controls Engineers, etc.
 </li>

 Use the most efficient, cost-effective candidate sources to fill positions, including, but not limited to: searches and posting using various career posting websites such as LinkedIn, Monster, Arcadis Careers Website, Arcadis database, referrals from existing Arcadis Operations and Staff Augmentation personnel, participation in job fairs and industry conferences/users groups, direct sourcing and other network referrals.
 </li>

 Develop &amp; manage the Arcadis Database of candidates and Clients to ensure candidate and Client information is readily accessible and up-to-date.
 </li>

 Actively manage existing candidate and or Client relationships through personal communication and regular reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, communicate and use cost-effective alternative sources to identify candidates and Clients where possible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support special projects and other tasks as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and manage ATS setup, requisitions templates, email templates, and other recruiting resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with managing and updating the company recruiting process and materials with a focus on our future growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing different lines of communication with prospective employees through email, LinkedIn messaging and phone calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in proactively identifying both active and passive candidates through creative channel searches such as ATS searches, college boards, job fairs, etc.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience:

 <li>
 Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a HR or Talent Acquisition Qualification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be highly motivated, responsive to change, pro-active, strong decision-maker and willing to take on new challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to place candidates throughout the East Coast, and support work outside the region, as necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of industry-specific job roles, skills, and qualifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team Player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 </li>

 Must possess strong writing and communication skills, outstanding presentation and negotiating skills.

Role description:

The Arcadis Team is looking to add a Program Scheduler &amp; Data Management Strategist professional to their Team. The ideal candidate would be very comfortable analyzing large volume of data for one of Arcadis's key technology clients, but will also have deep knowledge working with program schedules for our fast moving data center construction program. Role accountabilities:
<ul>
<li>Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of global data center programs. Projects are diverse, ranging from high-tech mission critical new data center scopes to operational data center moves to retrofit changes</li>
<li>Provide recommendations and/or propose resolutions based on analysis</li>
<li>Analyze large volumes of data for one of Arcadis&rsquo;s key technology clients.</li>
<li>Ability to present analysis findings in a clear concise manner</li>
<li>Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries to oversee and ensure successful schedule execution and on-time delivery of plans and strategies. Resolve issues and provide consistency between the cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating functions and deliverables</li>
<li>Develop and implement earned value management (EVM) processes and system for global data center program for tracking project / program integrated performance against contractual baseline</li>
<li>Manage a variety of scheduling and planning functions such as baselines, progress measurement, schedule quality analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, contingency management to identify trends, opportunities and risks using Primavera P6</li>
<li>Identify ways to improve and streamline processes with the use of software tools and/or automation</li>
<li>Provide support on cost and resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule development, deployment, management, reporting, improvement and modification with technology change.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Deep program scheduling experience related construction projects</li>
<li>Experience working with the analysis of big of data related to capital construction programs ensuring allocated work is completed/resources are fully utilizes in order to deliver against an agreed program of work</li>
<li>Strong skills that allow you to provide comprehensive and accurate schedule reports utilizing data from both BP systems and contractor supplied information. Including appropriate level of analysis to ensure a &ldquo;no surprise&rdquo; approach</li>
<li>Strong technical skills related to software like: Primavera (P6), MS Projects, Programming, Dashboards, Excel (a must!), etc.</li>
<li>Ability to be a self starter with strong time management skills to ensure deadlines and other milestones are met</li>
<li>Very strong communication skills related to oral and written communications</li>
<li>Experience working in and with internal and external stakeholder Teams</li>
