JOB DESCRIPTION:<ul><li>Responsible for Planning, execution, progress monitoring, resource estimation and Report Preparation.</li><li>Preparation of Baseline Schedule</li><li>Prepare scope of work, bar charts and critical path diagrams for major jobs / group of jobs and follow up.</li><li>Familiar with standards &amp; specifications to perform the maintenance activities. Review engineering drawings, bar charts &amp; job procedures.</li><li>Checks incoming work requests for completeness, allocates a number and interacts with the team to assess job status in the field before finalizing plan.</li><li>Determines requirements for resources such as manpower, skills, estimated man hours, material, spares and special support devices and equipment such as cranes, forklifts etc. in order to plan and requisition for the same.</li><li>Works towards producing standards templates for work orders, work plans etc. to ensure systematic data presentation and maintenance.</li><li>Acquires all information and inputs from originators of work requests to prepare a resource plan for required resources so that timely availability can be assured.</li><li>Reviews work priorities with concerned personnels to assess backlog work, and to schedule preventive/predictive maintenance and condition monitoring programmes.</li><li>Follows up on work progress to minimize variation from plan.</li><li>Maintains information on backlog jobs pending due to resource unavailability, shutdown etc. and follows up with concerned departments to expedite work.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Tracking of all site, design &amp; procurement activities</li><li>Prepare Preliminary Schedule and other related Planning documents for the Tendering Projects.</li><li>Preparation &amp; Presentation of Weekly &amp; Monthly Progress Report</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in Primavera P6 for Monitoring and Updating day to day Maintenance activities.</li><li>Infrastructure Projects (warehouses &amp; facility buildings) Background</li><li>Ability to use the computerized system.
