We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee all construction procedures and health and safety measures, and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.An excellent Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures, and able to coordinate with team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. Project Manager

Position Summary: An Environmental Engineer in the UAE is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing environmental systems and sustainability initiatives that comply with UAE federal and emirate-level regulations. The role involves conducting environmental assessments, managing permits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable development across sectors such as construction, oil &amp; gas, infrastructure, waste management, and water resources.Key Responsibilities1. Environmental Compliance &amp; Regulatory Work&middot; Ensure projects comply with UAE environmental laws (e.g., MOCCAE regulations, EAD standards, Dubai Municipality requirements, ADNOC Codes of Practice).<ul><li>Prepare and submit environmental permit applications, compliance reports, and monitoring documentation.</li><li>Liaise with government authorities such as the Ministry of Climate Change &amp; Environment, Dubai Municipality, and Environment Agency &ndash; Abu Dhabi.</li></ul>2. Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)<ul><li>Conduct EIAs, Environmental Baseline Studies, and Environmental Risk Assessments for new or existing projects.</li><li>Prepare EIA reports, review consultant submissions, and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.</li></ul>3. Pollution Control &amp; Waste Management<ul><li>Develop plans for air quality control, noise mitigation, hazardous materials handling, and solid/liquid waste management.</li><li>Oversee waste segregation, recycling initiatives, and safe disposal in accordance with UAE regulations.</li></ul>4. Sustainability &amp; Environmental Management Systems<ul><li>Implement and maintain ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.</li><li>Support sustainability certification programs (LEED, Estidama, GSAS, etc.).</li><li>Recommend eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions for projects.</li></ul>5. Water &amp; Soil Management<ul><li>Support water conservation initiatives, groundwater protection, and wastewater treatment projects.</li><li>Manage soil remediation, erosion control, and stormwater management plans.</li></ul>6. Monitoring &amp; Reporting&middot; Conduct environmental monitoring: air emissions, water quality, noise, biodiversity, and workplace environment.&middot; Prepare technical reports, corrective action plans, and incident investigation summaries.7.
