Role Overview: Responsible for managing and controlling complete dispatch operations for PEB materials, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery to project sites.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and execute daily/weekly dispatch schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with Production, QC, and Stores for material readiness.</li><li>Oversee documentation: DC, Invoice, E-Way Bill, Packing List, etc.</li><li>Manage transporters, freight negotiations, and vehicle tracking.</li><li>Ensure proper loading, stacking, and securing of PEB components.</li><li>Maintain dispatch records and update status to management.</li><li>Lead and supervise dispatch staff and loading teams.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5&ndash;10 years&rsquo; experience dispatch/logistics, Preferrably in PEB</li><li>Strong knowledge of PEB components and dispatch processes.</li><li>Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Responsibilities of Purchase manager:Vendor Management: Experience in evaluating potential vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries.Cost Analysis and Negotiation: Knowledge of cost structures, market pricing, and negotiation strategies.Material Sourcing: Experience in sourcing raw materials, components, and machinery for extrusion processes.Quality Control and Assurance: Familiarity with quality standards and inspection procedures.Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely material availability.Logistics and Transportation: Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and handling materials.Financial Management: Experience in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and generating reports.Extrusion Machine Installation: Experience in extrusion machine installation work and materials such as equipment delivery and handling, support structure installation, utility connections, electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, automation, etc.Civil Project: Experience in developing and managing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Contract negotiations: involve contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other vendorsRequirements of Purchase manager:<ul><li>Skilled in SAP and ERP systems, Material sourcing, Quality Control, Inventory Management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
