What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for an Engineer - R&amp;D (Structural Design) who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate in Beko Corporate.
<ul>
<li>Realizing new part/project/product implementation activities, mainly sheet metal, plastic, and aesthetic parts,</li>
<li>Making conceptual designs, prototyping for responsible parts,</li>
<li>Making CAE Flex and Rigid analysis for responsible parts,</li>
<li>Conducting research for design and producibility of new parts,</li>
<li>Following trends in the industry and realizing benchmark activities,Using analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems,</li>
<li>Making cost improvement projects</li></ul> 


The position is located in Manisa, T&uuml;rkiye. 


How do we describe the perfect match?
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical or Manufacturing Engineering,</li>
<li>Having experience in part design, preferably cabinet, plastic, and aesthetic parts,</li>
<li>Having CAD experience (Experience in CAD software preferably NX (Good command in Modelling, Surface, Assembly),</li>
<li>Having experience in development from idea to product, cost simulation analysis, and conceptual design,</li>
<li>Knowledge of analysis tools preferably HyperWorks, NX Advanced Simulation - Pre/Post</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written skills in English,</li>
<li>Thinking broadly about business,Understanding needs of the market &amp; customer,</li>
<li>Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,</li>
<li>Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,</li>
<li>Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,</li>

What awaits you in this role? 


We are looking for a passionate Lead - Planning &amp; Operations who will join our team at Global Customer Care Directorate in Beko Corporate. 

<ul>
<li>Lead and coordinate spare parts planning and forecasting to balance supply and demand, optimize stock levels, and ensure operational continuity across all regions.</li>
<li>Drive process alignment and operational readiness for new subsidiaries by providing guidance on planning, supply, and warehouse processes&mdash;ensuring global standards are implemented consistently.</li>
<li>Manage and monitor spare parts supply performance, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost‑efficient deliveries from global suppliers and factories.</li>
<li>Analyze global performance indicators, identify improvement areas, and execute corrective and preventive actions together with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Benchmark industry and competitor practices and lead the implementation of innovative planning and operational solutions.</li>
<li>Improve spare parts distribution, storage, and inventory management, increasing availability while reducing aged stock, excess inventory, and supply delays.</li>
<li>Coordinate key projects to enhance order management processes, digital planning tools, and web‑based supply chain systems&mdash;acting as project leader for cross‑functional teams.</li>
<li>Identify and drive operational efficiency initiatives, designing solutions that improve throughput, responsiveness, and service levels.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver analytical reports on planning, performance KPIs, logistics flows, and operational bottlenecks&mdash;providing insights to management for strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Support the development of global standards for planning, ordering, logistics, and warehouse processes to ensure process excellence across all regions.</li>
<li>Act as the primary coordination point between subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, logistics partners, and internal functions to secure an integrated and high‑quality end‑to‑end spare parts service.</li></ul> 


The position is located in S&uuml;tl&uuml;ce, İstanbul. 


How do we describe the perfect match? 

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related fields.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, logistics and process analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.</li>
<li>Min. 5 years experience in demand planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, or after‑sales operations; global or multi‑country experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with factories, subsidiaries, distributors, IT teams, and management.</li>
<li>Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, influence without authority, and drive alignment across global teams.</li>
<li>A proactive, detail‑oriented, and improvement‑driven mindset with strong ownership of processes.</li>
<li>Adaptability to dynamic environments and openness to learning new tools and methods.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ERP systems&mdash;preferably SAP&mdash;along with planning tools, reporting systems, and project management applications.</li>
<li>Passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable impact.</li>
