We are looking for a passionate <b>Key Account Manager </b>who will join our team at <b>Commercial Transf.&amp; Alternative Channels Sales Directorate.</b></div><br>

Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage, grow, and maintain strong business relationships with key customers within the assigned portfolio.</li>
<li>Set annual sales targets for national retail chains, discount markets, and key accounts, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.</li>
<li>Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, rebates, and promotional terms with customers.</li>
<li>Track sales performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.</li>
<li>Analyze customer needs and generate category-based growth opportunities; coordinate new product launches and projects with internal teams.</li>
<li>Monitor customer orders, stock levels, logistics and shipment processes; ensure timely resolution of any issues.</li>
<li>Conduct competitor analysis, follow market trends, and provide regular insights to senior management.</li>
<li>Ensure proper implementation of merchandising activities, promotions, and field operations.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.</li>
<li>Conduct customer visits, hold regular meetings, and manage long-term strategic relationships.</li></ul><br>

How we describe the perfect match?</b></div><br>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in <b>Key Account Management</b>, <b>Category Management</b>, <b>Sales Management</b>, or similar roles within FMCG, white goods, small home appliances, or retail sectors.</li>
<li>Experience in managing national retail chains and key accounts.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills; solution-oriented, results-driven, and a strong team player.</li>
<li>Hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license and able to travel as needed.</li></ul><br>
