<p><b>DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?</b>
</p><p>The ideal candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team focused on achieving Procurement Excellence by researching, evaluating, and implementing innovative technologies. This role will work collaboratively across all Procurement functions, including Central Warehouse Operations and External Logistics, to optimize cost savings through the development of analytical tools and industry best practices. Responsibilities also include establishing a comprehensive knowledge library to inform strategic sourcing decisions and creating departmental dashboards with key performance indicators to monitor and report on performance.</p><br>

 The Basics:</b></p>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required in Finance/Accounting, IT, Engineering or Business Administration-related fields</li>

<li>Minimum 5-7 years of warehouse/logistics experience</li>
<li>Computer skills, to include intermediate capabilities using Microsoft Office Outlook/Word/Excel/Teams</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of warehouse and inventory management including troubleshooting</li>
<li>Must be able to adapt and prioritize variable mill requirements</li>

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING</b></p>
<p>
The materials coordination function has the primary control of and responsibility for parts and materials delivered from supply chain. This includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Optimization of the workflow, in terms of receiving, issuing, transferring, cycle counting, pickup and/or delivery of spare parts, scrapping of spare parts, and emergency (p1) deliveries to the mills</li>
<li>Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies, completing inventory risk assessments / requests</li>
<li>Ensures inventory management is accurate for each shift</li>
<li>Participates in the development of operational procedures, process improvement activities, Key Performance Indicators</li>
<li>Careful handling and storage of parts and materials, which may include forklift operation</li>
<li>Proper storage of toxic or hazardous chemicals, solvents, and components</li>
<li>Performing verification QA/QC (right model, serial number, correct measurements, no damage, etc.) of incoming parts and materials</li>
<li>Creates material master numbers, performing criticality assessments</li>
<li>Tagging and segregating any nonconformance parts for disposition</li>
<li>Tagging parts/materials with ID tags, applicable work orders, and pic tickets</li>
<li>Kitting and Staging parts and materials for scheduled work as applicable</li>
<li>Receiving, documenting (within SAP), and returning any used parts</li>
<li>Coordinating refurbishments, including shipping, receiving, and tracking</li>
<li>Create and approve gate passes and T-Slots</li>

<li>Semi-Annual Outages (typically twice per year) are 12-hour days and scheduled for at least 6 consecutive days, likely through a weekend as well</li>
