We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Middle Office group in the Financial Operations Team based out of Hyderabad &amp; Gurugram. 


What you&rsquo;ll do:

. Ensure error-free timely daily support/deliverables and resolution of breaks/issues

. Create, update and review investment products in the firm&rsquo;s data base and trading universe

. Process and review trades that are not booked by the desk and supporting P&amp;L queries from the front office

. Liaise with Trade Accounting and Operations, an ensure confirmations and settlements are completed in a timely manner according to the firm&rsquo;s policy

. Work closely with other team members to address operational issues

. Contribution in work allocation and mentor new resources on different activities

. Support the group&rsquo;s deliverables during night-ops

. Onboard new clients to the Arcesium Platform

What you&rsquo;ll need:

. Experience of 2-3 years in the financial services industry and a very strong knowledge products such as equities, fixed income, commodities, and derivatives

. An MBA and/or CFA, preferably

. An in-dept understanding of data sources such as Reuters, Bloomberg, etc.

. Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail

. The ability to be self-motivated and to think independently along with solid organizational skills

. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player

. Effective oral/written communication skills

. The ability to work under pressure and take on additional operational responsibilities

. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and SQL.

. Experience in VBA/Python is a plus.

 Position Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for Arcesium US. This role supports the implementation of Human Capital services across the employee lifecycle and partners with leaders to address people and business needs. The HRBP provides guidance on org design, workforce planning, performance and talent programs, employee relations, and change management; executes HC processes and programs; and applies data and insights to improve employee experience. The role collaborates closely with Human Capital colleagues (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning &amp; Development), Finance, Legal, and HRIS.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with leaders and HRBPs to address people and business needs (org design, workforce planning, performance, ER coaching) in alignment with policy and law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver HC services and processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, job changes, development, exits) with a focus on consistency, compliance, and employee experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the rollout and administration of talent programs (performance/talent reviews, succession, engagement initiatives, manager enablement) in alignment with HC objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute standard HC processes and systems (performance cycles, job changes, leaves, policy updates), escalating issues as needed and coordinating with COEs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze HC metrics (engagement, performance, retention/attrition, DEI indicators) to highlight trends and support decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to HC initiatives and projects (process improvements, policy updates, tooling enhancements) by coordinating actions and supporting implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend targeted interventions (training, team health actions, change management support) and coach managers on practical steps to improve outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, HC COEs) to ensure alignment of people processes with business needs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of progressive Human Capital experience with HRBP exposure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and influencing skills; able to prepare clear written summaries and support leadership discussions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and manage follow-through.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in partnering across levels and functions to achieve results through collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret HC data/metrics to inform recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good business acumen: understands how people processes connect to business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HC systems/tools; experience in fintech/financial services or high-growth tech is a plus.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 The expected annual base salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
 
 
 The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
