Job DescriptionARCH ACCESS TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC is seeking a Experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage and oversee on-site Interior Fitout works. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities and manage labor.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, main contractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.</li><li>Enforce health &amp; safety regulations on site.</li><li>Track materials, manpower, and progress reports.</li><li>Report site updates to project management team.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Site supervision experience in Interior fitout or construction.</li><li>Strong knowledge of drawings, materials, and site execution.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Driving license is an advantage, others can also apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
