Technical Guidance:<ul><li>
Provide technical guidance and leadership in the design and development of software applications using C#.</li><li>
Ensure the application of best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance.</li><li>
Stay updated with the latest developments in C# and related technologies.</li></ul>
Software Development:<ul><li>
Design, code, test, debug, and document complex applications and systems.</li><li>
Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.</li><li>
Collaborate with other team members to integrate systems and solutions.</li></ul> 
Skills 
Comprehensive understanding of:<ul><li>
C#</li><li>
TDD, BDD, DDD</li><li>
Able to confidently discuss the various architectural patterns with a good understanding of trade-offs</li><li>
Experience with SQL and NoSQL DBMS</li><li>
Modern source control system (for example GitHub)</li><li>
Experience with a cloud platform (Azure/AWS)</li><li>
Event Sourcing (desirable)</li><li>
Experience with an AI platform (OpenAI), (desirable)</li></ul>
