Job Summary: 
The Pharmacy Technician is an important colleague of ArchWell Health Pharmacy Team. Reporting to the Clinical Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will be providing direct patient care and collaborating with other healthcare team members in a virtual environment to optimize the pharmaceutical care for our patients. This individual will conduct patient outreaches per existing protocols and assist patients with navigating the medication use aspects, including reviewing components of their plan benefits and obtaining medication through different sources to resolve access barriers. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Medicare Advantage prescription benefits, possess strong attention to detail, and be driven by a passion for providing quality care to seniors.
 
Duties/Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Review and process patient assistance program referral per established protocol</li>
<li>Complete the patient assistance program application process with member, while coordinating with center colleagues and providers as needed</li>
<li>Review and process pharmacy refill requests, either via faxes, EMR routes, or direct incoming calls, per established protocol while meeting the expected turnaround time</li>
<li>Conduct telephonic outreaches and answer incoming calls regarding patient’s medication use, including but not limited to medication adherence, and assist with refilling and following-through in a prompt and respectful manner</li>
<li>Collaborate with other pharmacy staff, providers, and their care teams as needed to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to medication use</li>
<li>Ensure that all tasks are completed timely, documented accurately, and in accordance with regulations (including HIPAA) and organizational standards</li>
<li>Attend staff meetings and provide input into current trends, process evaluation, and quality improvement</li>
<li>Assist with other pharmacy departmental initiatives as they become available</li>

Education and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) required</li>
<li>Registered Pharmacy Technician with a state board of pharmacy</li>
<li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in operational pharmacy benefits (health plan or PBM), clinic setting, patient assistance program, or retail pharmacy</li>
<li>eClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience</li>
<li>Experience working with geriatric patients or a medication adherence program is a plus</li>
<li>Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desired</li>

Pharmacy Technician, Patient Assistance Program

Job Summary: 
The Director, FP&A, is a key driver in shaping the financial performance and strategic decision-making within ArchWell Health, a growing PE-backed Healthcare Services Company. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role provides critical insights and recommendations to senior leadership, to optimize financial outcomes and supporting growth initiatives, and thereby, influencing the company's strategic direction.
 
Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>Financial Leadership</li>
<li>Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast processes for company-wide Operating Expenses</li>
<li>Provide ad hoc analysis and develop models as needed to support and drive business decisions.</li>
<li>Support implementation and development of enterprise budgeting and forecast tool.</li>
<li>Lead the cash forecasting and cash management process.</li>
<li>Identify and quantify risks and opportunities in current financial forecasts and assist in the development and tracking of risk mitigation plans.</li>
<li>Provide direct leadership, coaching, and mentoring to FP&A colleagues</li>
<li>Business Partnering:</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering financial expertise and insights to inform strategic direction and decision-making.</li>

<li>Provide financial guidance and support to leaders to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.</li>
<li>Strategic Analysis:</li>

<li>Drive strategic decision making through an in-depth understanding of company cost structure, industry trends, market dynamics and internal key indicators</li>

Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>Eight (8) years of relevant experience required, with a minimum requirement of three (3) years demonstrating progressive growth within Finance</li>

 Reporting to the Center Manager, the
 
 Registered Nurse (RN)
 
 has daily responsibility in direct patient care and education and fostering collaborative relationships with providers and other clinical operations staff. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys performing daily patient care, has a passion for working with the senior community, and desires a day shift/Monday-Friday schedule.

Membership Consultants are the primary evangelists of ArchWell Health and grow our patient base in the communities we serve. As outside healthcare sales professionals, we ensure all seniors who can benefit from excellent medical care – regardless of their economic means – can be reached, inspired, and aided in joining our medical centers. Whether engaging directly with individual seniors in the community, organizing events to bring seniors together, or building effective partnerships with patient referral sources, our Membership Consultants are active & visible members of the community who ensure seniors gain access to the care they need. Consultants combine traditional B2C and B2B sales skillsets with effective community engagement, problem solving, and organizational skills in a truly rewarding, multi-channel growth role. Prior experience in Medicare Advantage sales or working with seniors is helpful though not required; we are a new breed of healthcare provider open to great sales talent from many walks of life.
 
Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>Drives new patient enrollment year-round by identifying, cultivating, and securing new patients through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community stakeholder relationships</li>
<li>Meets individual seniors and groups in their homes, senior centers, houses of worship, and other community gathering places to evangelize the ArchWell Health mission & value proposition for seniors</li>
<li>Plans, coordinates, and executes local events in the community and in our centers to help reach our ideal patients (e.g. medically underserved, Medicare-eligible seniors)</li>
<li>Cultivates relationships with individual health plan agents, independent brokers, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, senior centers, and related community providers to position ArchWell Health as their preferred provider for senior healthcare when referring or assigning patients to a primary care physician</li>
