If you are a motivated individual eager to contribute to creating stunning outdoor living spaces, we encourage you to apply.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managing the entire material lifecycle, from preparing accurate take-offs and generating purchase orders to handling small-quantity material acquisitions.</li><li>Overseeing warehouse inventory and ensuring materials are staged and prepared for jobs.</li><li>Develop and improve tools and methods for efficient material planning and purchasing.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with design, sales, and production teams to ensure project success.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must reside in the greater Charlotte area - In person position</li><li>High school diploma required; Construction Management Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in material estimating or construction is preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.</li><li>Keen attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>This position is for direct hire only.
