Essential Functions</b></p>
<div>
<p>Strategic Communication &amp; Outreach</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison for prospective students, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.</li>
<li>Manage the distribution of digital and physical recruitment materials.</li>
<li>Maintain clear and consistent follow-up to ensure families have all necessary information throughout the enrollment process.</li>
<li>Assist with coordination involving external scholarship foundations.</li>
</ul>
<p> The Campus Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate Personal Visits: Manage the logistics of individual student visits to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.</li>
<li>Student Ambassador Pairing: Match prospective guests with current student hosts to provide a personalized and authentic view of campus life.</li>
</ul>
<p>Admissions &amp; Testing Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in gathering and verifying required admissions documentation for all applicants.</li>
<li>Support the logistics of admissions and placement testing sessions.</li>
</ul>
<p> Event Coordination</p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate on the planning and execution of major recruitment events, including Open Houses, Freshman Welcome, and Transfer Orientation.</li>
<li>Support evening and special events, such as Parent Information Nights and educational fairs.</li>
</ul>
<p> Administrative &amp; Digital Excellence</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Admissions.</li>
<li>Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while utilizing digital tools to maintain accurate applicant records and departmental schedules.</li>
</ul>
</div><p><b>Position Qualifications</b></p>

<ul><li>Minimum requirement: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li>
<li>Google Workspace Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Google products to manage daily workflows, including:</li>
Education &amp; Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role; experience in an educational setting is a plus.<br>

<li>Google Sheets: Creating and updating trackers for applicant data.</li>
<li>Google Forms: Managing inquiry forms and event registrations.</li>
<li>Google Calendar: Managing schedules for campus tours and interviews.</li>
<li>Google Drive: Maintaining an organized digital filing system for admissions documents.</li>
<li>Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact comfortably with diverse groups of students and parents.</li>
<li>Organization: A &ldquo;logistics-first&rdquo; mindset with the ability to balance event planning and data management.</li>
<li>Flexibility: Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends for major recruitment events.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Pay Range</b>: $24.04 - $26.44, Hourly</p>
