Saint Louis Counseling operates eight offices throughout metropolitan St. Louis. In addition, its School Partnership Program (SPP) therapists provide onsite services to students at more than 100 schools as well as children who are homeless living at area shelters.</div>

Cardinal Ritter Senior Services is seeking a <b>Maintenance Supervisor</b> for our <b>Holy Angels II Senior Apartments</b>. This on-site role requires a hands-on leader to manage maintenance staff and perform preventive and ongoing maintenance, including custodial care across CRSS properties.</div><br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Perform and oversee repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment (5&ndash;10 ton residential and 10+ ton commercial units).</li>
<li>Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues; change belts, identify leaks, and replace parts.</li>
<li>Demonstrate expertise in automated building controls (e.g., Tracer/Trane).</li>
<li>Maintain a charged cell phone for emergency response.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify repair and clean-up needs.</li>
<li>Use work order systems and checklists to track inspections, materials, and labor.</li>
<li>Supervise and escort outside contractors while on-site.</li>
<li>Perform or oversee landscaping, snow removal, apartment turnovers, and building repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, fire panels, safety/security systems, elevators).</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with building inspections (fire systems, sprinklers, elevator, REAC).</li>
<li>Oversee housekeeping operations, inventory of materials, furniture, and equipment.</li>
<li>Participate in the Quality Project program and on-call rotation for other CRSS buildings.</li>
<li>Complete other duties as assigned by the Property Director or facility leadership.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in skilled trades (plumbing, electrical); SNF experience a plus.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of trade practices and building standards.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks, follow instructions, and lead effectively.</li>
<li>Universal EPA License for Refrigerant and HVAC Certification with 3+ years of experience.</li>
