<li>Develop and oversee organization-wide communication strategies and initiatives</li>
<li>Ensure consistent branding, voice, and messaging across all channels</li>
<li>Analyze communication effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve engagement</li>
<li>Provide guidance and direction on communication best practices</li></ul><br>

Content Development &amp; Oversight</b></div>

<li>Oversee the creation and distribution of content across print, digital, and social platforms</li>
<li>Review and approve communication materials to ensure quality and consistency</li>

Event Promotion &amp; Campaign Management</b></div>

<li>Lead promotion of events, programs, and initiatives</li>
<li>Develop and manage communication campaigns from planning through execution</li>

Internal &amp; External Communications</b></div>

<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for communication-related initiatives</li>
<li>Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment across teams</li>
<li>Manage external communications, including public relations and media inquiries as needed</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><div><b>Job Requirements</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills</li>
<li>Experience managing communication strategies or projects</li>
<li>Proficiency in social media platforms and website management</li>
<li>Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills</li>
