 Position Summary:
 
 The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for driving supplier execution and performance across the end-to-end supply chain. This role focuses on ensuring on-time delivery, managing recovery actions, analyzing and improving supplier lead times and capacity, and proactively mitigating risks. The manager will own supplier performance tracking, including PPV and KPI reporting, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive accountability and continuous improvement with key suppliers. This position partners cross-functionally with procurement, planning, engineering, logistics, PMO and quality to align supply with demand.
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do:

 Position: Supply Chain Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Supplier End-to-End Management: Own day-to-day supplier execution performance from PO release through delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pull-In Management: Partner with suppliers to accelerate critical material deliveries and support dynamic build schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recovery Planning: Develop and drive recovery actions for delayed or at-risk parts to minimize production impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead Time Analysis &amp; Improvement: Assess supplier lead times, identify constraints, and implement reduction/improvement plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capacity Analysis: Evaluate supplier production capacity versus demand; drive action plans to close capacity gaps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Risk Assessment &amp; Mitigation: Proactively identify supply chain risks (quality, delivery, capacity, logistics) and implement mitigation strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, quality, planning, engineering, EPM, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on supply priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supplier Improvement Initiatives: Partner with suppliers to develop and implement operational enhancements to improve reliability, responsiveness, and scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supplier Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting: Monitor and report KPIs (OTD, lead time adherence, capacity utilization, PPV) with a focus on actionable insights and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 PPV Management: Track and analyze purchase price variance at the supplier level, provide reporting to leadership, and support cost control initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead and facilitate QBRs with key suppliers to review performance (OTD, lead time, capacity, PPV), align on improvement initiatives, and drive accountability for action plans.
 </li>

 What you need:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of related experience in supply chain, supplier management, or operations. Experience in the Aerospace and/or Automotive industry is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in supplier execution management, recovery planning, and capacity/lead time analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience tracking and reporting PPV and supply chain KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of driving supply base performance improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, and data visualization tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in high-pressure, dynamic environments with frequent changes in priorities.

This role is essential to ensuring Archer&rsquo;s voice resonates within the UAE and across the broader Middle East region, helping to establish our leadership in the industry while supporting next-gen transportation initiatives.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing initiatives tailored to the UAE and Middle East market, ensuring alignment with Archer's global branding and strategic goals.

 Campaign Management: Collaborate with the global marketing team to plan and execute regional campaigns, monitor performance, and report on results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Social Media Management: Manage Archer&rsquo;s regional presence on social media channels, with a focus on localized content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Content Creation: Partner with global and regional teams to create localized marketing collateral, including social media posts, event assets, email campaigns, and video/photo content tailored for the UAE audience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communications and PR Management: Oversee public relations efforts in the region, including managing a local PR agency and ensuring consistent messaging in all external communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of regional marketing events, trade shows, and public engagements, ensuring successful representation of Archer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Government and Industry Engagement: Work with municipal and government partners on initiatives related to Archer&rsquo;s air mobility mission in the UAE.

 Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing tools and analytics platforms to track and measure the success of regional marketing initiatives.

 Influencer and Partnership Management: Build relationships with regional influencers, aviation enthusiasts, and industry partners to amplify Archer&rsquo;s brand in the UAE.

 Required Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience in marketing or a related role, ideally in the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing and communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Not required but preferred, strong writing and communication skills in Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing social media accounts for an established brand, with a focus on creating engaging, localized content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with marketing tools and software, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to adapt to Archer&rsquo;s tone and brand voice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 <li>
 Working on U.S. schedule (PST) often required
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular regional and international travel required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
