We are seeking a skilled and compassionate NP/PA to join our team, focusing on the evaluation and management of adult patients with immediate and short-term medical needs.In this role, you will deliver prompt, patient-centered care for a wide range of acute conditions. In this role, you'll work in a practice that empowers physicians and advance practice clinicians with decision-making authority and places patient care at the center, emphasizing high-quality outcomes and holistic value-based care.Locations<ul><li>Cumberland</li><li>Smithfield</li><li>Coventry</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of urgent and acute medical conditions (e.g., respiratory infections, minor injuries, gastrointestinal issues, urinary tract infections, etc.)</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging</li><li>Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision &amp; drainage</li><li>Prescribe appropriate medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other care team members as needed for higher-level care coordination</li><li>Document clinical encounters accurately and timely within the electronic health record</li><li>Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care</li><li>Ability to rotate across 3 urgent care locations in Cumberland, Smithfield, and Coventry, with site flexibility based on staffing needs</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA Current Advanced Practice license</li><li>A minimum of 1 year of experience in Urgent Care Preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>BLS &ndash; Required</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salaries</li><li>Signing bonus</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits</li><li>CME allowance</li><li>401k program</li><li>Life and Disability insurance</li><li>pre-tax savings with Health and Dependent care flexible spending account and on commuter expenses</li><li>New provider mentorship programs to support onboarding and professional development</li><li>Investment in provider support technology, including ambient dictation and inbox automation tools</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
