 What you will need to do:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arrange/manage meetings with visitors
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform translations from Arabic to English and vice versa.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive and circulate company mail
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel arrangements (Hotel reservations / flight ticket booking &hellip; etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating and maintaining contact list
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange meetings for the Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize social events
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle courier services, including Coordinate and track international &amp; domestic shipments to and from the company.

 Manage company telephone system
 </li>
 <li>
 Other tasks as assigned

 What you will need to have:

 A BSc degree from a reputable university. &ndash; Language school is a MUST (preferably French school)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command in English both oral and written.
 </li>
 <li>
 PC Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word)
 </li>

 to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in our project in Cairo, Egypt.

 What you will need to do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participate in the preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and / or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the lead planner and the advice &amp; guidance of the Planning Manager and the project team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare &amp; Update periodically the
 
 &ldquo;Progress Performance Curves &amp; &ldquo;Key Performance Indicators&rdquo;
 
 in coordination with the lead planner to monitor the project performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highlight to the project management about any deviation in the plan
 
 - &ldquo;out of sequence&rdquo;-
 
 and be able to implement the required corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record the daily progress and prepares the site daily report.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise and assists the project controls manager in preparing weekly, monthly reports, budget preparation and maintains proper project planning records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cost Reporting and Monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any other related duties as assigned
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What you will need to have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering from reputed and recognized university.
 </li>
 <li>
 4 years&rsquo; working experience in similar position with EPC Construction company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full awareness of Primavera (P6) is a must + Microsoft Office + general planning processes requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English
 </li>
 </ul>

 Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
 </li>
