 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Create daily TikTok slideshow videos using proven templates, clips, and scripts
 
 
 &bull; Spot and adapt viral trends across different niches and brand styles
 
 
 &bull; Upload, caption, and format videos through our internal systems (Growi, Notion, etc.)
 
 
 &bull; Work closely with creative managers to match the tone, pacing, and storytelling of high-performing content
 
 
 &bull; Track video performance and apply learnings to improve results week by week

 We&rsquo;re hiring a
 
 Content Operations Manager
 
 to take a big responsibility in the Pakistan office. Its systems, people, and output. This person will bring structure, accountability, and forward-thinking creativity to an operation that already has proven traction.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What we do:
 
 
 
 We run a full-stack content production system that powers U.S. e-commerce and media brands through organic short-form content. The foundation is great, but the speed of scale now demands someone who can help organize, refine, and lead at a higher level.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your responsibilities:

 Manage the full production workflow: ideation &rarr; editing &rarr; posting &rarr; analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and develop managers across slideshow, video, and posting teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce output and quality standards across all departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify weak points in systems and implement lasting solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance data and use it to drive creative and operational improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with U.S. creative leads to align direction and brand strategy.
 </li>

 What we&rsquo;re looking for:

 4&ndash;7+ years managing content or creative operations (agency, brand, or production).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead 15+ person teams with measurable output goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of short-form platforms, trend cycles, and creative testing.

 Strong communication, organization, and leadership discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
