We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Video Editor to produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviour, and can transform raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-performing content.Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: 3+ years' experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of social-first and performance-oriented work.</li><li>Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Media, Film, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)</li><li>Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Experience with Final Cut Pro or equivalent tools also considered.</li><li>Creativity &amp; Craft: A sharp eye for composition, pacing, colour and detail, with a genuine passion for storytelling through video.</li><li>Platform &amp; Social Awareness: A strong understanding of how video works across platforms (Meta, TikTok &amp; YouTube), and how to adapt content for different audiences, formats and algorithms.</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset - comfortable taking direction, giving feedback and working cross-functionally.
