We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Office Cleaner. The ideal candidate for this position must be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The cleaner will be responsible for cleaning offices, examination rooms, bathrooms, break rooms, and public areas.Tasks:<ul><li>Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed</li><li>Sweep and damp mop all non carpeted areas nightly</li><li>Remove garbage and take outside to dumpster</li><li>Ensure all paper product dispensers and soap dispensers are full</li></ul>Skills and Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years janitorial experience</li><li>Willingness to work evening shifts</li><li>Ability to work well under minimal supervision</li><li>Capacity to take direction</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds as necessary</li></ul>Work Schedule:Part time, Monday-Friday, 6 pm - 9 pm, 15 hours a week, evenings onlyPart Time, Monday-Friday, 6 pm - 10 pm, 20 hours a week, evenings onlyJob Type: Part-timePay: From $12.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Janitorial: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Floor cleaning: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
