We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions effectively. Experience in placement activities within EdTech companies will be highly valued, as it adds significant advantage in coordinating recruitment and student-related processes.Key Responsibilites:<ul><li>Assist with end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with applicants.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status.</li><li>Monitor and record staff attendance on a daily basis.</li><li>Maintain and update leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies</li><li>Ensure all formal communication, including announcements, notices, circulars, and staff updates, are professionally drafted and shared on time.</li><li>Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.</li><li>Coordinate and support various internal events, including training sessions, induction programs, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with talent acquisition teams from different IT companies for hiring collaborations, student placements, and industry networking.</li></ul>Skill Rewuirements:<ul><li>Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1-2 years experience as HR/placement in EdTech companies.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
