Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves developing engaging curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the diverse needs of students, including those requiring special education services.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote student engagement.</li><li>Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and supports childhood development.</li><li>Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, including literacy education, math, and physical education.</li><li>Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to ensure the welfare of each child and address any special needs or early intervention requirements.</li><li>Maintain classroom management strategies that promote respect, responsibility, and cooperation among students.</li><li>Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in education, including Montessori methods and innovative teaching techniques.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in daycare/private school environments.</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for early childhood education.</li><li>Experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Background in behavior management techniques and knowledge of childhood welfare principles.
