Gas Station Cashier / Assistant ManagerPay: $15.15&ndash;$16 per hour (Cashier) (depending on experience) Assistant Manager: $16.50&ndash;$17.75 per hour (depending on experience)We are currently looking for dependable Cashiers and motivated Assistant Managers to join our team. In these roles, you will help create a positive customer experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Team members play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service<ul><li>Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service</li><li>Answer questions and assist customers with purchases</li></ul>Transaction Processing<ul><li>Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions</li><li>Handle cash responsibly and provide receipts</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Merchandising<ul><li>Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves</li><li>Ensure products are displayed properly</li></ul>Store Cleanliness<ul><li>Maintain a clean store, including the sales floor and restrooms</li><li>Follow store cleaning procedures throughout the shift</li></ul>Safety &amp; Security<ul><li>Follow store safety procedures and report concerns to management</li><li>Monitor store activity and ensure a safe environment</li></ul>Teamwork<ul><li>Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul>Assistant Manager Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Help supervise staff and assist with scheduling</li><li>Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures</li><li>Assist with inventory management and store organization</li><li>Help train new employees</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be 18 years or older</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li><li>Comfortable handling cash and interacting with customers</li><li>Retail or management experience preferred for Assistant Manager roles</li><li>Weekend availability preferred</li></ul>Available ShiftsMorning: 6 AM &ndash; 2 PM Afternoon: 2 PM &ndash; 10 PM Overnight: 10 PM &ndash; 6 AMWe are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment.Serious applicants only.
