<div>Meyer Utility Structures is currently looking to hire a Lead Control Process Operator in our Fort Worth, TX plant. The Lead supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in fabrication and assembly of structural sheet metal products. The Lead sets up and operates machines, makes adjustments for materials used, verifies dimensional requirements and may read/use blueprints.

Schedule: Must be able to work Monday thru Friday 4:00pm - 2:30pm. Saturdays as needed.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Lead a team of Operators</li>
<li>Set up and operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) machinery that automatically heats, mills, cuts, forms, drills, broaches, or reams metal, plastic, or processed material parts</li>
<li>Troubleshoot equipment and make basic adjustments</li>
<li>Make general decisions as to quality, tolerances, and operation sequence 
Follow all safety rules and practices</li>
<li>May be involved in safety committees or initiatives</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul> 


What You&rsquo;ll Need:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 4 years of experience</li>
<li>The ability to lead a team of 4-6 operators</li>
<li>Ability to proficiently read blueprints and verify dimensional requirements</li>
<li>Ability to operate CNC/PLC equipment (Whitney-plasma/punch; Kinetic; Oxy-fuel cutting; Plasma cutting; CNC machining center/drills, presses, mills)</li>
<li>The ability to maintain good attendance</li>
<li>A high level of dependability, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal.</li>

Lead Control Process Operator 2nd Shift

<div>What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul>
<li>Greet clients and visitors at the front desk</li>
<li>Answer and redirect incoming calls</li>
<li>Organize meetings, employee retention/engagement activities, and training</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to HR Department</li>
<li>Complete Data Entry in Microsoft Office and JWS Software</li>
<li>Maintain local plant level HR files including electronic under direction of the HR Manager</li>
<li>Support general business operations by providing various administrative activities as a generalist</li>
<li>Assist HR Manager with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
<ul><li>New Hire Orientation/Onboarding Documentation</li>
<li>Training covering HR Topics</li>
<li>Employee Documentation</li>
<li>Upload employee data</li>
<li>Attendance recordkeeping</li>
<li>Reports</li>
<li>Assist employees with basic HR questions</li>
</ul>
</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll need:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office software</li>
<li>Requires excellent written and oral communication skills including strong proofreading skills and / or presentation</li>
<li>Experience maintaining physical and digital files, folders, calendars, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate and work with and support others in a teamwork environment</li>
<li>Follow and execute company policies and procedures</li>

Meyer Utility Structures is currently looking to add a Materials Manager in our new plant located in Clinton, IL. The Materials Manager is responsible for executing the materials plan through strategic supplier relationships and a team of direct reports.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Planning/Scheduling:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for effective planning &amp; scheduling to meet production/customer demand.</li>
<li>Fulfill, monitor &amp; set safety stock levels to meet delivery targets and inventory reduction goals.</li>
<li>Oversee fulfillment/expediting of inter-company requirements</li>
<li>Oversee creation/distribution and maintenance of adequate work orders.</li>
<li>Ensure all materials are available for successful execution on shop floor.</li></ul> 


Purchasing:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all daily procurement activities needed to fulfill production demand.</li>
<li>Maintain sufficient raw material stocking levels to protect production and customer schedules.</li>
<li>Establish and enforce procedures to ensure proper recording, storage and tracking.</li>
<li>Oversee MRO/expense procurement</li>
<li>Work with suppliers concerning forecasted needs/supply pipeline integrity.</li></ul> 


Inventory:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for cycle count program fulfillment.</li>
<li>Effective material disposition of obsolete and slow-moving material.</li>
<li>Responsible for control of all appropriate transactional integrity, procedures and policies.</li>
<li>Plan and lead the execution of semi-annual physical inventory.</li></ul> 


Logistics:
<ul>
<li>Oversee ordering and receipt of shipments in compliance with all regulations.</li>
<li>Coordinate deliveries and cost saving efforts.</li>
<li>Effective communication/scheduling of inbound with logistics providers.</li></ul> 


Receiving:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for directing Receiving personnel and receiving function.</li>
<li>Ensure all delivery receipts and put a way processes are being executed accurately and timely.</li>
<li>Ensure that all picking is completed and accurately entered into BPCS system.</li></ul> 


Supervisory and Managerial Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Directly supervise raw materials planning, scheduling of, purchasing, and receiving functions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Customer Service and Planning/Scheduling to improve manufacturing flow.</li>
<li>Collaborate and ensure alignment with the Director of Supply Chain for TRMS corporate.</li></ul> 


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related discipline or equivalent work experience and 7 years minimum prior relevant experience</li>
<li>3-5 years of successful supervisory experience - must be a leader</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook</li>
<li>Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, or other technical material</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent organization skills and be process driven</li>
<li>Dedication to the pursuit of continuous improvement</li>
<li>APICS Certification is a plus</li></ul>
