A well-established distribution organization in Islamabad/Rawalpindi (Humak Industrial Area) is seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the following position:Position: Accounts &amp; Finance Assistant / Accountant Experience: 2-4 years Location: Islamabad/RawalpindiKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and record financial transactions in QuickBooks for multiple FMCG distribution entities.</li><li>Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements for accuracy.</li><li>Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory.</li><li>Oversee accounting closing procedures with a focus on the FMCG industry.</li><li>Generate ad hoc management reports as required.</li><li>Conduct field visits to northern setups and prepare monthly audit reports.</li><li>Ensure timely reconciliation of sub-ledger and general ledger accounts.</li><li>Meet all deadlines and schedules in compliance with Service Level Agreements.</li><li>Document workflows, procedures, checklists, and policies related to assigned tasks.</li><li>Adhere to internal procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills:<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.</li><li>1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.</li><li>Ability to apply independent judgment to ensure data accuracy and reliability.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across different organizational levels.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate and share knowledge across different levels of the organization.</li><li>Detail-oriented, focused, and able to work in a professional environment.</li></ul>Interested candidates who meet the criteria and salary requirements can submit their resumes to gbs.isb01@gmail.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Any QuickBooks experience related to handling multiple businesses or companies?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounts: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Quickbooks: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
