Arctic Cat is adding a Tool &amp; Die Technician to our Manufacturing Engineering team. 
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Perform lay-out, set-up, and inspections using the appropriate tool room machinist tools and QA inspection tools including micrometer, height gage, angle plates, gage pins.</li><li>
Use CNC equipment, shop equipment and other tools efficiently and effectively to carryout daily responsibilities.</li><li>
Machine and fabricate tooling and parts from blueprints.</li><li>
Design and build sample tooling from Engineering drawings, blueprints, or from physical parts.</li><li>
Create sample prototype parts to support engineering and ISC.</li><li>
Verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure they conform to specifications using dial indicators, gauge blocks, calipers, and micrometers.</li><li>
Run production parts as needed when a design change has been made and create the latest revision specification as a short-term solution.</li><li>
Provide day to day manufacturing tooling support under supervision as needed.</li></ul> 
Requirements: 
<ul><li>
Education: High School diploma or GED required, technical or vocational education preferred</li><li>
Years of Experience: 0+ years of experience required, experience in tool and die setting preferred</li><li>
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of core shop capabilities including mathematics, trigonometry, welding, tooling, assembly of tooling, sheet metal</li></ul></div>

Arctic Cat is now hiring a Robot Technician to maintain robotic systems as a part of our Manufacturing Engineering team.
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Weld products and understand weld consumables and weld parameters in order to achieve required weld quality while maintaining safety systems.</li><li>
Maintain robots and other automation equipment to assure maximum productivity including performing mechanical and electrical repairs during production and non-production time.</li><li>
Perform and document preventative maintenance and submit work orders to appropriate departments for resolution.</li><li>
Set up and program robots and other automated equipment.</li><li>
Troubleshoot improvements to reduce cycle times for robots and other automated equipment.</li><li>
Set weld parameters for mild steel, aluminum steel, and stainless steel.</li><li>
Set up, calibrate, and run welders and robotic production equipment</li><li>
Works from verbal or written instructions, diagrams, or models to inspects machining operations and finished product against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.</li><li>
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on specified production equipment.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma/GED required, mechanical or electrical vocational education preferred</li><li>
Years of Experience: 5 or more years of electrical experience required</li><li>
Technical Knowledge: Fanuc/ ABB robot experience preferred</li><li>
Read OHM Meter and electrical prints and symbols for robotic cells and equipment</li></ul></div>

Robot Technician I

<div>Description:

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Setup and operate equipment to produce parts meeting blueprint specifications and tolerances.</li><li>
Train new operators in the setup and operation of production equipment as required.</li><li>
Maintain acceptable performance standards for daily production, quality, safety, and housekeeping goals.</li><li>
Performs minor adjustments, daily preventative maintenance, or setups to equipment or machines under supervision.</li><li>
Communicate well with others and work in a manner to support a team environment.</li><li>
Perform to company standards of continuous improvement if applicable.</li><li>
Responsible for handling and lifting raw material on to machines as needed.</li><li>
Inspects parts or completed units by using visual inspection, gages, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, micrometers, or other inspection equipment.</li><li>
Performs all other assigned duties as instructed by supervision.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>
Basic experience in welding or operating machinery preferred, basic programming knowledge preferred</li></ul></div>
