About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Copywriter with a strong cybersecurity background to join our high-performing, collaborative, Demand Generation team.
The Senior Copywriter is responsible for creating compelling and original content for digital platforms, campaigns, and sales material that supports the full buyer&rsquo;s journey and helps fuel Arctic Wolf&rsquo;s demand marketing engine.
As a member of the Demand Generation team, the Senior Copywriter will work closely with Demand team members and frequently work cross-functionally with Product, Channel, and Field Marketing, as well as the Creative and Communications teams.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Write and edit content that will attract, engage, and convert leads for the Demand Generation team at Arctic Wolf
</li><li>Dual focus on writing short, catchy, creative digital copy on one hand, and longform data-driven reports and guides on the other
</li><li>Understand and leverage cybersecurity industry trends, the corporate brand, and value propositions to create quality content that will resonate and engage a tech-savvy audience
</li><li>Deliver timely content for digital channels, including website, blog, gated assets (guides/white papers), email, video, webinar, social media, advertising, and more
</li><li>Support the copywriting needs of various marketing functions outside of Demand Gen, which will involve writing for different audiences, including customer, channel, and product marketing
</li><li>Help develop new content ideas and translate those ideas into outlines
</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and product cross-functionally as part of the content creation process
</li><li>Ensure all content is optimized for inbound marketing best practices
</li></ul>Who You Are
<ul><li>Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills, with a strong focus on translating complex concepts for general IT and security audiences
</li><li>A strong grasp of brand voice/tone with a portfolio that demonstrates this experience across content formats
</li><li>Solid understanding of digital mediums and how to write across digital channels (advertising, social, email, blog, web)
</li><li>Understanding of the buyer&rsquo;s journey and how content maps to different stages in the B2B funnel
</li><li>Detail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient with time management
</li><li>Ability to take on multiple projects at once and deliver quickly and effectively under tight timelines
</li><li>Can collaborate and synthesize strategic inputs from multiple diverse sources, including product and sales teams
</li><li>Can be creative while adhering to brand guidelines
</li><li>Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when working with multi-phase and complex projects
</li><li>Fast learner, able to understand complex technologies and adapt quickly to process changes
</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>7+ years copywriting experience in the technology industry, preferably in cybersecurity
</li><li>Experience working with project management software (Wrike preferred)
</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO and B2B marketing best practices
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>Prior experience in Cybersecurity
