Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (for our client) to lead the delivery of hospitality IT initiatives supporting the pre-opening and operational readiness of a new integrated resort. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution across multiple technology workstreams, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and property stakeholders, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational requirements. You will play a key role in enabling a smooth transition to live operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and on-site teams. 
This is a 6 months contract opportunity (with potential extension). 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead and project manage teams of internal and contract resources to ensure the successful delivery of hospitality IT projects supporting the pre-opening and opening readiness of a new integrated resort</li>
<li>Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resourcing</li>
<li>Coordinate and track multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to agreed quality standards</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, vendors, operations, and on-property stakeholders</li>
<li>Manage the implementation of hospitality technology solutions, including (but not limited to) booking engines, OTA channel managers, Mobile food ordering systems, Spa, cabana, and nightclub reservation systems, Call centre systems, Guestroom technologies</li>
<li>Ensure projects align with operational requirements and support a seamless transition to live operations</li>
<li>Adhere to processes and procedures for working in live hospitality environments, minimising disruption to guests and day-to-day operations</li>
<li>Track and manage project sign-offs, ensuring documentation, configuration, training, and handover standards are met</li>
<li>Ensure solutions are delivered in line with security, compliance, and ongoing operational support requirements</li></ul> 

Skills and Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>
Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in a Project Management role delivering IT or digital projects</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (preferred)</li>
<li>PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification (highly regarded)</li>
<li>Experience working in hospitality, accommodation, or other service-based industries (highly regarded)</li>
<li>Ability to work across multiple sites and engage effectively with on-site operational and stakeholder teams</li>
<li>Must be willing to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah at minimum 3 days per week</li></ul>

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Application Support for our client. This role supports the successful delivery of hospitality technology projects, with a strong focus on documentation, coordination, and go-live readiness. Working closely with Project Managers, vendors, and operational teams, this role ensures requirements are clearly defined, solutions are fit for purpose, and all prerequisites are in place for a smooth transition to live operations. 
This is a 6 months contract opportunity (with potential extension). 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with Project Managers to support end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on go-live readiness and transition to operations</li>
<li>Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for system and technology initiatives</li>
<li>Develop clear, high-quality project documentation, including: 
 o Business and functional requirements 
 o Process maps and workflows 
 o System configuration and solution design documentation 
 o Operational, training, and support handover materials 
</li>
<li>Act as a central coordination point to ensure all documentation, approvals, dependencies, and prerequisites are completed ahead of go-live</li>
<li>Support project planning by identifying dependencies, risks, assumptions, and business or operational impacts related to system changes</li>
<li>Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate requirements, confirm scope, and assess readiness</li>
<li>Support testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring outcomes are documented, issues are tracked, and sign-offs are obtained</li>
<li>Coordinate go-live and cutover activities, including release planning, deployment documentation, and stakeholder communications</li>
<li>Ensure solutions align with agreed design standards, security requirements, compliance obligations, and operational support models</li>
<li>Support vendor engagement by clarifying requirements, reviewing deliverables, and validating outputs against agreed scope and quality standards</li></ul> 


Skills and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a Business Analyst role supporting project or application delivery 
Strong documentation skills, with demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and auditable project artefacts 
Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrations through to successful go-live 
Solid understanding of project lifecycles, change management, and transition to operational support 
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills 
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives</li>
<li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments 
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with project management or documentation tools is highly regarded</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in a Business Analyst or Application Support role, preferably within the hospitality industry</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (preferred)</li>
<li>Experience working on IT, digital, or infrastructure programs (highly regarded)</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s licence</li>
<li>Must be willing to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah at minimum 3 days per week 
</li></ul>
