<div>The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents and maintains related work records. The LPN also ensures resident&rsquo;s needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. As a member of the Health &amp; Wellness team, you ensure industry-leading resident care.

Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner 
Years of Experience: Gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred 
Licensure: Current active LPN license in state of practice

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, unassisted, on a frequent basis; Full use of hands, arms, and legs (for writing and medication administration); Ability to read thermometers, charts and testing equipment
