<div>As the Building Services Coordinator, you are responsible for the overall maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident rooms/apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems. As a leader, you are responsible for ensuring delivery of industry-leading services and maintaining high quality standards.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent 
Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner 
Years of Experience: 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs as required to ensure resident comfort and safety, preventive maintenance of building, and ground maintenance

Physical Demands: Ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

<div>The Medication Technician (Med Tech) administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents and maintains related work records. The Medication Technician may also periodically act as a Caregiver and assist residents in aspects of their daily life. As a member of the Health &amp; Wellness team, you ensure industry-leading resident care.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, unassisted, on a frequent basis; Full use of hands, arms, and legs (for washing, bathing, dressing, writing, cleaning); Ability to read thermometers, charts and testing equipment and ability to operate clothes washers and dryers and kitchen appliances
