Established in 1974, Area Five Agency on Aging and Community Services is an independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving the needs of the elderly, the disabled and the disadvantaged members of North Central Indiana.
 Facilities Custodian &ndash; Logansport (part-time)
 We are looking for a part-time custodian to work hours in the late afternoon &amp; early evening. Job duties include keeping premises of main office building in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties, as scheduled by supervisor. Cleans &amp; sanitizes rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors and other work areas; Sweeps floors; Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies and mats; Dusts &amp; sanitizes furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork; Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills; Empties wastebaskets; Transports trash and waste to disposal area. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
