We are looking for an experienced Site Architect expert in Revit, Vray, Lumion, 3D Max &amp; AutoCAD who can join immediately. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team and clients.Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>1. Meeting with clients to discuss project objectives and needs.</li><li>2. Preparing and presenting design proposals as per the local guidelines, including detailed drawings and perspectives.</li><li>3. Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects.</li><li>4. Specifying the architectural materials needed for construction of projects.</li><li>5. Coordinating the design between the other department structural and MEP.</li><li>6. Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints.</li><li>7. Submitting and obtaining the approval from all the authorities involve to the project.</li><li>8. Follow up with the authorities comments and attend the meeting with authority engineers.</li><li>9. Review and approve the shop drawings prepared by contractors.</li><li>10. Review and approve the material submittals.</li><li>11. Visit the site when it&rsquo;s required.</li><li>12. Resolving issues that come up during construction.</li></ul>Requirements:1. Must have solid experience with all Dubai Authorities and Master Developer (Mandatory Dubai Engineering Consultant work experience)<ul><li>A minimum of 10 years of Architect experience.</li><li>Working with computer-aided design software (Revit, AutoCAD,3D Max Vray, Lumion)</li><li>Solid experience and understanding of design and analysis.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.</li><li>Ability to work on assigned scope independently</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Site Architect: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
