This role requires someone who knows how to listen, analyze, and act &mdash; turning consumer insights and competitor gaps into premium content and campaigns that scale Vitagoli&rsquo;s presence across platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Social Media Strategy &amp; Execution</li><li>Plan and execute content calendars (reels, carousels, stories, UGC, campaigns).</li><li>Maintain premium brand voice across all posts.</li><li>Social Listening &amp; Consumer Insights</li><li>Use tools to understand what women are searching, saying, and struggling with.</li><li>Translate insights into content angles, hooks, and campaigns.</li><li>Competitor Analysis &amp; Benchmarking</li><li>Map competitor strategies across beauty/wellness.</li><li>Identify gaps in content, engagement, and consumer conversation create differentiated content for Vitagoli.</li><li>Community Engagement</li><li>Respond to comments/DMs with empathy and authority.</li><li>Build shareable content formats (polls, quizzes, challenges).</li><li>Analytics &amp; Optimization</li><li>Track weekly KPIs: reach, engagement, saves, shares, conversions.</li><li>Run A/B tests on creatives, captions, and posting times.</li><li>Scale what works, drop what doesn&rsquo;t.</li></ul>IndustryPharmaceutical ManufacturingJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;26,575.00 - &#8377;46,557.72 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
