Position: Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator Location: Blue Mounds, WI Salary: Up to $70K DOEThis company is a leader in its field, committed to supporting and valuing employees while providing opportunities for growth and competitive compensation. They are looking to hire immediately.Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM*Qualified candidates must have previous experience working in a machine shop!Responsibilities:<ul><li>Negotiate pricing and terms for goods and services to ensure timely delivery of conforming raw materials and supplies at competitive pricing.</li><li>Track and monitor inventory levels, pricing trends, and cash flow to support budget adherence and material availability.</li><li>Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and freight cost analysis.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in Purchasing and Inventory Coordination.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, but not required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and logistics processes.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple competing projects.</li><li>Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and inventory tracking tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
