Job Title: English Language Teacher &ndash; Kindergarten &amp; Primary Grades Location: Arete International School Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: 2/06/2025 (2nd June 2025) Reports To: PrincipalPosition Overview:Arete International School is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced English Language Teacher for Kindergarten and Primary Grades. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and a proven track record of working with international curricula such as Oxford, Cambridge, IB PYP, or other globally recognized educational frameworks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate English language lessons.</li><li>Develop students' foundational skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.</li><li>Integrate phonics, storytelling, and interactive methods into teaching.</li><li>Foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love for language in young learners.</li><li>Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and language abilities.</li><li>Maintain accurate student records, including assessments and progress reports.</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a holistic learning experience.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.</li><li>Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English, Education, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Teaching certification or diploma in early childhood/primary education.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.</li><li>Familiarity with international curricula (Oxford,Cambridge/IB/other).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to support learning.</li><li>A warm, approachable, and child-centered teaching style.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Strong classroom management skills.</li><li>Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about early years education.</li><li>Team player with a collaborative spirit.</li><li>Commitment to professional growth and ongoing development.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates should email their CV, cover letter, and a recent photograph to hr@arisl.in with the subject line: &ldquo;Application &ndash; English Language Teacher (Kindergarten &amp; Primary)&rdquo;.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,054.02 - &#8377;23,505.20 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
