Wage: $19.70-$25.70/hr DOE

Attendance bonus: The perfect attendance bonus in a pay period will be $100.00 for a full-time employee and $75.00 for a part-time employee.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Care for residents and assist in updating each resident&rsquo;s service plan</li>
<li>Administer medications ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the DHS and according to current policies, procedures, and practices</li>
<li>Provide care for residents and assist with updating service plans.</li>
<li>Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly and provide first aid assistance</li>
<li>Assist with daily living activities (i.e., bathing, dressing, and eating)</li>
<li>Provide support with residents to caregivers as needed</li>
<li>Document and communicate resident changes and complete all reports in a timely manner</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old
</li>
<li>High-School diploma or equivalent
</li>
<li>HCA or CNA license preferred
</li>
<li>CMA certification preferred
</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elders
</li>
<li>Must have medication administration experience in assisted living and/or memory care-6 months to 1 year, preferred
</li>
<li>Must have or obtain First Aid &amp; CPR Certification within 30 days of employment
</li>
<li>Must have or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment
</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Serve meals that are palatable, appetizing in appearance and in accordance with established portion control procedures on a timely basis</li>
<li>Inspect diet trays; work with the facility dietician and process diet change received from Nursing Services</li>
<li>Coordinate food service with other departments</li>
<li>Ensure that food and supplies for the next meal are readily available</li>
<li>Ensure that menus are maintained and reviewed prior to preparation of food</li>
<li>Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be 18 years or older</li>
<li>High-School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience in Assisted Living or other related Health Care Community</li>
<li>Must have a food handlers&rsquo; card</li>
<li>Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable of food preparation procedures</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures and rules</li>
