Shift: 6 PM - 6AM or 6 AM - 6 PM (weekend coverage 12 hr shift) schedule may vary depending on need

Location: Avamere at Park Place - 8445 SW Hemlock St., Portland, OR 97223 - Near Tigard, OR

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Set up meal trays, food carts and the dining room.</li>
<li>Ensure that food, menus and supplies for the next meal are readily available.</li>
<li>Assist in daily cleaning duties, such as worktables, refrigerators, etc.</li>
<li>Retrieve dishes from the dining room, wash and clean utensils, and return them to their proper storage areas.</li>
<li>Keep work areas clean, dry and free of hazardous materials.</li>
<li>Assist Cooks in preparing meals.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be 16 years of age or older</li>
<li>High school diploma, or equivalent if applicable</li>
<li>Experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred.</li>
<li>Must have a Food Handler&rsquo;s Card, or obtain within 30 days of employment</li>
</ul>

Shift: Swing shift (1:45pm-10:15pm), Friday-Saturday 
Wage: $19.70-$25.70/hr DOE

Attendance bonus: The perfect attendance bonus in a pay period will be $100.00 for a full-time employee and $75.00 for a part-time employee.

Responsibilities:

<li>Care for residents and assist in updating each resident&rsquo;s service plan</li>
<li>Administer medications ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the DHS and according to current policies, procedures, and practices</li>
<li>Provide care for residents and assist with updating service plans.</li>
<li>Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly and provide first aid assistance</li>
<li>Assist with daily living activities (i.e., bathing, dressing, and eating)</li>
<li>Provide support with residents to caregivers as needed</li>
<li>Document and communicate resident changes and complete all reports in a timely manner</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>High-School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must have or obtain (within 30-days of employment) First Aid &amp; CPR Certification</li>
<li>Minimum of one-year of experience in a healthcare setting</li>
<li>CMA certification is preferred</li>
<li>Must obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elders</li>
