 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 The Project Coordinator will support the Project Management Office (PMO) by ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and follow-up across multiple projects and teams.
 
 
 This role is essential for maintaining smooth communication between departments, tracking project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate daily activities between project teams, technical leads, and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and progress reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track project milestones and deliverables, highlighting potential risks or delays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Project Managers in preparing project plans, reports, and communication summaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in resource allocation, time tracking, and task prioritization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders and ensure transparency in progress and blockers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with finance and HR teams for project-related budgeting or staffing updates when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all project documents are up to date and accessible in shared systems.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a technology, IT, or media organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with regional and global teams.
 </li>
 </ul>
