 Senior Recruiter Aviation
 
 to join our growing team and play a key role in connecting highly qualified aircraft mechanics with leading MRO customers across Europe.
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong network of active aircraft mechanics across various aircraft types and qualifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, source and recruit suitable candidates to meet customer requirements quickly and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct candidate assessments and verify documentation to ensure compliance with customer standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with contractors to achieve competitive purchasing conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact for contractors throughout the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen and promote the Argo Aviation brand within the aviation community.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships with existing customers to identify new staffing opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely contractor replacements at the end of assignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Sales team by sharing market insights and customer feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support additional recruitment projects as assigned by the Head of Recruiting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We're Looking For

 Several years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the aviation industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident using common IT applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Structured, accurate and proactive working style.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assertive personality with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
 </li>
