Mechanical Engineer (QCDD & UPDA Certified)

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and grow relationships with the clients.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers.</li><li>Build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.</li><li>Understand customer business objectives and align solutions accordingly.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Revenue Growth<ul><li>Develop account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.</li><li>Identify up selling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within key accounts.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.</li><li>Forecast sales and manage pipelines for key accounts.</li></ul>Strategic Planning<ul><li>Create and execute strategic account plans.</li><li>Analyze account performance and market trends.</li><li>Identify risks and opportunities within accounts.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-specific strategies.</li></ul>Customer Satisfaction &amp; Retention<ul><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.</li><li>Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Monitor account KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.</li><li>Drive customer retention and long-term partnerships.</li></ul>Internal Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.</li><li>Communicate customer needs and feedback internally.</li><li>Coordinate product launches, promotions, and customized solutions for key clients.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Administration<ul><li>Prepare regular account reports and sales forecasts.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to management.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong relationship management and negotiation skills</li><li>Strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability</li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities</li><li>Data-driven mindset with analytical skills</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience (Fire Systems &amp; ELV industry experience preferred)</li><li>Experience managing high-value or strategic accounts</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)</li><li>Valid Driving License required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
