Position: Company Secretary (CS) Experience: 2 &ndash; 4 Years (Stock Broking Preferable) Location: Majuragate , SuratKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI and other corporate laws</li><li>Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation</li><li>Preparation and filing of ROC forms, annual returns, and resolutions</li><li>Drafting of agenda, minutes of meetings, notices, and board reports</li><li>Coordinate and manage Board Meetings, AGM &amp; EGM</li><li>Provide legal and corporate governance support to management</li><li>Liaison with regulatory authorities, auditors, and consultants</li><li>Assist in corporate structuring and compliance planning</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Qualified Company Secretary (CS)</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate laws &amp; governance</li><li>Excellent drafting and documentation skills</li><li>Attention to detail and compliance accuracy</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
